Who we are

Yuktisa is operated from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using yuktisa.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Announcements

We announce Yuktisa launches on our social channels. This Site has no accounts or signups. We use cookieless, aggregate website analytics to understand traffic. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

Everything on this Site, the Yuktisa™ name and logo, the Yuki character and artwork, the text, articles, games, and design, belongs to us. YUKTISA is our trademark (application filed in Canada). You're welcome to link to the Site and share screenshots for personal, non-commercial use with credit. Please don't copy, republish, or reuse our content or artwork commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Use the Site and its games in the spirit they're offered. Don't abuse the games (no bots, no attempts to disrupt the Site), don't misrepresent any affiliation with Yuktisa, and don't use the Site for anything unlawful.

The Yuktisa apps

Yuktisa Fit and Yuktisa Journal launch on iOS once App Store review clears, with Android to follow. The apps are governed by their own App Terms of Service, also presented in the apps and through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Nothing on this Site grants early access to the apps.

Health disclaimer: Yuktisa Fit is a training log, not a medical device. Its suggestions are estimates from your logged history, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your training.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or remove any part of the Site at any time. Fitness and health content on the Site (including game questions and articles) is general information, not medical advice, talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is nothing, since the Site is free.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
